How the programme works
Our programme is built around structured strength, conditioning, skill development, and movement quality, delivered in fully coached group sessions. Every class has a clear focus, so you’ll know what you’re working on, why you’re doing it, and how it fits into your long-term progress.
This isn’t random workouts or chasing sweat. It’s intelligent training designed to help you move well, build real strength, and keep improving over time.

Strength is the foundation of our programme. You’ll lift regularly to build real, usable strength that carries over into everyday life.Conditioning

Fully coached, every session
Every class at Antics is fully coached from start to finish.
Our coaches guide technique, adjust loads, and scale movements so you’re always training at the right level for you. You’re never left guessing what to do or how to do it.
This allows people of different abilities to train together — and still make real progress.
