Co-Owner & Head Coach

Cam’s passion for strength and conditioning started through competitive trampolining, where he represented New Zealand on the international stage. That experience shaped his obsession with detail, discipline, and structured progression.

At Antics, Cam leads from the floor. Every session is coached with intent — not just counted reps. His focus is technical precision, smart progressions, and helping members push their limits safely.

Whether you’re brand new to training or chasing performance goals, Cam creates an environment where you can train hard, feel supported, and genuinely improve week after week.

He doesn’t just run sessions. He coaches people.

Tom McLean

Co-Owner & Operations

Tom’s background is in business management and competitive sport. After years of training himself, he recognised the difference real coaching makes — and invested in Antics to build a facility centred around structure, accountability, and long term results.

Tom keeps the engine running. From consultations and onboarding to systems, culture, and member experience, he ensures Antics operates at a high standard behind the scenes.

You’ll often meet Tom first. He makes sure every member starts with clarity, confidence, and a plan — so when you step onto the floor, you know exactly where you’re heading.

His focus is simple: build a gym that runs properly, so coaching can be delivered properly.

Charlie Clark

Coach

Charlie brings a competitive powerlifting background to Antics, having competed in strength events and built his training around disciplined, performance driven lifting.

In sessions, Charlie is detail focused and steady. He works closely with members on movement quality, barbell technique, and progressive overload — helping people build real strength with confidence.

His experience in competitive lifting adds another layer of depth to the Antics coaching team.
